How submissions work
Anyone can add their pay — no account needed. You give your trade, state, and current salary, plus a few optional details, and an email we use only to verify you're a real person.
We never store your raw email address. It's hashed; we keep only the hash. You confirm via a one-time link, and your submission waits for validation before it counts toward the published numbers.
