How it works

Enter your trade, state, and salary. Pick your trade and state and enter your current annual pay. Metro, job title, and years of experience are optional.
Add an email for verification. Give an email used only to confirm you're a real person. TradesPays hashes it and never stores the raw address.
Confirm via the one-time link. Open the verification email and click the one-time link to confirm your submission.
Your pay is checked, then counts. Each submission runs a plausibility check against the BLS range. In-range figures publish; outliers are held for review before they count.
